Comments: Rocky Colavito was my favorite player when I was growing up in Cleveland, Ohio. He was always kind, friendly, and a terrific player. He liked children and always set a good example of fair play, honesty, and solid moral character for children everywhere. He was the Home Run King and didn't need steroids to get the title. To leave him out of the Hall of Fame is a slap in the face to his talent, skill, and honorable character.
