Not too long after GTA Online was relased, all users were able to upload pictures as emblems in Rockstar's Emblem Editor. Soon after Rockstar realized that users could do so, they patched it. There are still crews with pictures as emblems and those crews have yet to be punished for their actions, but any users who try to do so nowadays might have their accounts suspended for a period of time. I say Rockstar gets a small group of employees to look at emblems about to be saved and have the staff verify whether or not the emblem is able to be used or not. It wouldn't be that hard to, and it would make the GTA Online experience that much better. I ask anyone who sees this to sign the petition in hopes that Rockstar will change it back so we may use custom emblems again.
