Rock climbing for the 2020 Olympics

My petition is about trying to get rock climbing in the 2020 Olympics. As some people might know, rock climbing is on the list of sports for the 2020 Olympics. I am a "junior" climber and am on the advanced team at a local gym. I think the International Olymipic Committee would want to hear from kids more than adults because kids are the future. What is hard about this topic is that rock climbing is last on the list of possible additions to the Olympics. The other options are squash, wushu, wake board, and karate. First of all squash is very expensive - you need goggles and a raquet. Plus you can't just play anywhere - you need a big court to play in. For karate, you need alot of equipment, including knee pads, a head guard, a mouth guard, gloves, shoes, and a chest guard. You also need a trainer to teach you the moves. For rock climbing you can teach yourself with no special equipment. For wakeboard you need the motor boat($$$) plus gas, the cable, the actual board, and a huge body of water. For wushu, which is a Chinese martial art, you need pads, a head protector, gloves and shoes, and a mouth guard. All these options require expensive special equipment and sometimes special venues. For rock climbing you don't even need climbing shoes; you can just find a rock and climb it, but you do need some sort of cushioning under you. It's a sport that is accessible to many people of different means. That is why I think rock climbing should be first on the list for the 2020 Olympics, and I hope you'll agree and sign my petition.
