   Comments: I wish this had been around when I met my ex 8 years ago. Had I known he had a prior record of abuse I would have never had gotten involved with such a man. It is ashame that PFA' s cannot be included in the list. My ex had several that I was not aware of until I had filed for one myself. Unfortunately I still have to deal with him on a regular basis as does my daughter. Although I have moved on with my life and was strong enough to remove myself and my daughter from the situation the abuse still continues. My daughter is subject to his abuse and the abusing of his current girlfriend during visitation. My daughter is counting the days until the courts will allow her voice to be heard and she will not have to go to court ordered visitation again. Thank you your efforts to make this become a law.
