This is a petition to the probation and parole board asking for a time cut for Robert Jenkins, Robert have not created any other problems since his sentence. Robert have completed the ITC program. Robert have not had a real violation in the 12 years that he have been incarcerated. Robert have help other inmates with their reading , GED and gwetting into the ITC program. Robert have made some positive change in his attitude and behavior. Robert have learned the importance of other people lives as well as his own. Robert have change some of the other inmates lives by just sharing encouraging advice. Robert have not had any violate convetation with other inmates or guards. Robert have shown remorse and regret for the situation that is connected to why he is incarcerate. Robert was sentence to 38 years in 2003. Robert have been in carcerated since March of 2001 at that time he was 19 years old. Robert is not a violate person he was in fear for his own life at the time. Robert have worked on making a meads by helping others who are in need of his skills and service. Robert have a goal to help those inmates who are getting release by starting a problem that can help them get back grounded in society by helping them become employable, skill and height their educational skills to becaome strong indendent man. the are so many great ideas that Robert have to give back to the community upon release.Robert is and his family is asking for that opporunity to help me make right what he wronged in his past. Robert have also been the movitating words to keep his mother and sisters strong. Robert have two sisters he is the only boy. His sister have grown up and kept their lives staight because of his movitation and support in thier lives. What have a lot of abilitys that he can use to help other who may be walking down the same path the has him in this crisis situation. There are many hurt from this devastating, life change crisis that affected so many. Robert hav the ablity and knowlegde to help someone else trhat may be making irrational decision that can cost them and someone else their life and tramaize their famiy lives as well. Robert is a man that can make a difference if giving the opporuntiy to be free and giving another chance to give back to a society that give him another chance in life. We all have made some very poor chioce maybe not as dractric as Robert and many others but they too need to be shown kindness.Thank You for the opporuntiy to put this petition in motion.
