Name: Neil Carey on May 18, 2010Comments: How can the BBC possibly justify axing the two most popular blogs on their website and yet keep Phil McNumpty's blog. This is a disgraceful decision and shows a total disregard for the people who are funding their bloated organisation. OVERTURN THE DECISION TO AXE ROBBO AND CHRIS CHARLES AND RE-INSTATE THEIR BLOGSFlag

Name: Mike Willetts on May 18, 2010Comments: Robbo's blogs and ROTW/QOTW by Chris were the 3 best pieces produced on the BBC and now they are axing them to save money and focus on more original content - yet they keep the chief editor who can barely write and articles by garth crroks on team of the week - hmmm orignal there.Flag

Name: Alex Jacobs on May 18, 2010Comments: Disgraceful, the most popular blogs you have, both of which focus on football to be axed just before the World Cup? This is madness. Madness? THIS. IS. MCNULTYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!Flag

Name: Adam Jones on May 18, 2010Comments: I think it is disgraceful that these popular blogs are being discontinued especially given some of the substandard and predictable material on some of them such as Mark Lawrenson, John Motson and Phil McNulty. Given the popular nature of these blogs with Robbo regularly exceeding 1500+ comments per blog I find it hard to accept that such a globally popular article will no longer be on the BBC. The Quotes of the Week and review of the Week blogs provide much needed light entertainment and shoudl stay regardless of whether the author relocates to Manchester or not. Please reinstate these blogs before their 400+ users migrate to another blog site in protest.Flag

Name: Alex Macklow on May 18, 2010Comments: These two bloggers and their respective blogs are, for me, the main draw to your Sports website. Their humerous observations on the world of football are a welcome relief from the usual 'serious' blogs and I believe, provide a greater insight into the real world of football and football supporters. If they do disappear from the BBC, I will no longer bother with your site, as bloggers such as Phil McNulty provide neither original insight, nor, it seems, actual knowledge or understanding of the sport and certainly not the fans. Please reconsider this decision. Save Robbo, save QOTW and save ROTW! Best regards, AlexFlag

Name: Mark on May 18, 2010Comments: The demise of these blogs is the most ridiculous decision imaginable. These two must account for the majority of the global traffic to your website and 'hits' on your advertisers. Beyond that the forum enjoyed by the posters so much accounts for a great deal of goodwill toward the BBC. A thorough explanation would be most welcome.Flag

Name: Dan Eggington on May 18, 2010Comments: For the BBC to cancel two of the most popular blogs on their website, whilst they keep others going which spout the same old dross week in week out, shows how out of touch they really are. We, the licence fee paying public, fund the BBC, and therefore they should listen to what we want. Reinstate the Robbo Robson and Chris Charles blogs NOW!Flag
