    Comments: I agree that this is absurd to require the working poor citizens to have to come up with a thousand dollars in parking tickets at anytime. I cannot afford to pay the fines. Mayor Daley is taking food off of my kids table and is making yet another unbearable Christmas holiday. He is demanding me to pay for these tickets right before Thanksgiving and Christmas. He is taking toys and gifts away from my Children. He will have to answer to God for this.

    Comments: Hi, I had tickets from years ago when my car was stolen. I don't have any proof because it was so long ago. I owe 2,000.00. How can I pay when I can't drive to work because my privileges are suspended. The new payment plan is crazy. You're still can't drive but you pay every month. This city doesn't want working people in it. We are the ones who pay taxes and take care of the rich. The city is set up for people to commit illegal means to survive. I am in school, I have a child and I work full time. How can you get ahead when the mayor keeps his knee in your back. I'm glad I found this site to relieve this stress I been carrying. Thank You

    Comments: HAVE 4 CHILDREN AND LOST JOB,DESPERATELY NEED PARKING TICKET PAYMENT PLAN. MY TICKETS WERE OCCURED WHEN HAVING TO TAKE MY DISABLED FATHER OU E.G. DOCTORS OFFICE ETC. HANDICAP PARKING WAS LIMITED, NO SPACES LEFT. THEREFORE I HAD TO LEAVE MY VEHICLE WITH HAZARDS ON TO ASSIST MY FATHER, NEVER WAS AWAY FROM VEHICLE FOR MORE THEN 15 MINUTES. DUE TO LACK OF FUNDS MY TICKETS HAVE DOUBLED, AND I AM TERRIFIED OF GETTING MY CAR BOOTED. I DESPERATELY NEED TO KEEP MY CAR TO CARE FOR MY DISABLED FATHER AND 4 CHILDREN ONE WHICH IS CHRONICALLY ILL AND CAN NOT BE EXPOSED TO EXTREME WEATHER HOT OR COLD WHICH CAUSES SEVERE AND PAINFUL LUNG SPASMS. I AM NOT ASKING FOR A FREE RIDE JUST A LITTLE PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING. PLEASE I BEG OF YOU MR.DALEY SIR REINSTATE THE PAYMENT PLAN DURING THESE ROUGH AND UNCERTAIN TIMES. I AM AN OUTSTANDING PATRIOT OF CHICAGO AND I HAVE NEVER TAKEN ANY FORM OF ASSITANCE FROM STATE,CITY OR GOVERNMENT.     Comments: I agree to the fullest becasue I am for one a victim of a person that can;t pay the tickets on time. I am not at all saying that I wasn't wrong for where I parked (at times) but even when I was working it was hard trying to pay rent and etc then have to worry about if my car was going to get taking away from my family. I hate what the mayor is doing I think he's thinking about hisself on this.

    Comments: The parking ticket policy is a complete scam. I sent in payment for two tickets in a timely manner after receiving them in the mail. The city is now charging me double because they are stating that payment came in after a certain time from them supposedly sendig the notice- not me actually receiving the notice!!!
