Pass a law that no Food Banks in the State of Il. can give out food with no expiration date or food passed the expiration date. Fines and closure of the Food bank if not followed. Jail time for poisoning the public also. It is not safe to eat food or pet food passed the sell date. Bacteria grows rapidly and food poisoning is not pretty.
