| 26582 | Terry Hamman | This theatre needs to be saved. There is nothing that could go in this spot that would improve upon this theatre.
In fact the entire River Oaks Shopping Center is one of the most beautiful and valued parcels of real estate in the city. Weingarten properties need to go and develop elsewhere.....somewhere that needs improving. In River Oaks, they are taking beautiful historical properties and putting up ugly new buildings that are outsidzed for the area and just poorly designed. They are making the area worse....not improving at all. We have to stop this..... |

| 26592 | Lucy W. Riggs | Please do not destroy one of my favorite places in Houston. As a native Houstonian I am saddened by all the beautiful architectural gems that have been demolished. |
| 26593 | Julia Fish | Everyone wants to make everything bigger or better. The other options are to just make them obsolete. I do not think there is anything wrong with the great landmarks that are still around. In my opinion this is one of the greats. |
