Rivenwick Neighborhood vs. Hack Center

The purpose of this petition is to have neighborhood input into the design and layout of the proposed Hack Center as it impacts our community, Rivenwick Townhomes. Hack Center shall have no commercial access to the streets in our community for the purpose of accessing loading docks. The design shall of the structure shall be required to have loading dock accesses on development site property only utilizing the identified common public ingress/egress sites already identified to to said property. The currently propsed dock in the center of the complex that is designed to be accessed from the intersection of Jaspar and 139th Lane NW will be relocated based on current proposed plans. Any exception to this will not be acceptable to the surrounding neighborhood.

8 years ago Comments: I agree 100% with Bruce. When my wife and I received the notice of the forth coming plan we were concerned about the traffic on our community streets not to mention that our home faces the planned development. For that reason we are also concerned about the noise, lights and appearance of the development. When we began the purchase process with Ryland the sales person assured us the the land, planned for development, was owned by an elderly woman who was going donating the land to the city on the condition that the land would preserved as a park or "green space" that would not be commercially developed.
