Ritch Adair is in CONFLICT OF INTEREST! He is on our Eastlake III HOA Board AND on the Chula Vista Safety (and Parking) Commission! No wonder Eastlake homeowners can't get any action from our HOA OR the city! Adair has got to GO! We must unite to remove him from our HOA Board! With your support & signature, we can do it!
