Comments: Shipping prices at Ebay and Half.com are becoming ridiculously high. Its almost not worth it to buy certain items (ie; CD, book) for the winning prices when for a couple of dollars more you can buy new.

Comments: I have stopped buying from ebay's auctions because the rise in shipping costs no longer made it worthwhile to win something online. There was no feeling like the purchase was a bargain.

Comments: I have bought through e-Bay and I found that I was not overcharged on shipping ....However, I do agree that the buyer should have a choice on the method of shipping the item ...After all the buyer is paying for the shipping....

Comments: I also feel sellers should NOT charge a handling fee if they want to get more for their item they should set a reserve or start bid at that!

Comments: I really is ridicoulous! I once bid on a book in Texas, and they wanted $10.00 for shipping and $10.00 for packaging. What a bunch of malarkey! There is never a choice, either, its first class, so that sellers can charge exorbitant fees. This needs to be stopped. I refuse to pay for s&h, and I don't care if it does ruin my e-bay record, but for that much money, I'll go to Barnes and Noble and get the books I want!!!

Comments: I think the buyer should be able to choose the methos of posting the items to them as they are the ones receiving the goods and the seller should not be able to make a profit on Shipping and handling.

Comments: Finally! I am sick of being overcharged! The seller will charge one price, but when you get the package it says another. I understand you need to give money towards the packaging, but I'm talking small stuff.

Comments: Yes shipping should be regulated and clearly stated on the sell item page. Also the seller shouldn't change the shipping charge after the item is sold. E-bay needs to do more with complaint of dirty dealers on here as well. I had some bad experiences and stopped shopping after years on here do to no help when people screwed me over items I had purchased and never even recieved.

Comments: I have sometimes been overcharged for shipping and reasonable packaging costs by as much as $8, when this exact charge was not disclosed in the description of shipping method. This is a real fraud.

Comments: I'm sick of it! Why bother looking for a good bargain on Ebay With so many sellers price gouging on shipping, the final price ends up costing more than retail! Go to amazon.com or buy.com instead.
