It is the goal of this petition with signatures to have the property owners who reside at 501 Swope Street, Rio Vista, Texas 76093 to remove the above ground pool in the FRONT yard. This poses a serious danger to neighborhood families with children. Even with a fence around it, the view being in the front yard is not acceptable with surrounding nieghbors of the community. The pool would need to be placed behind the home with a locked fence/gate and out of site of all the children who play in this neighbood to avoid the temptation of getting in this pool and possibly drowning! With its present location (just a few feet from the street) it is a serious accident waiting to happen.
