Native Americans for over 400 years have indured abuse,slander,discrimination,rascism,loss of land,REPEATED removal from lands assigned to them or put there by FORCE,lack of promised compitsation,purposely given diseases unknown to them(i.e.-blankets with small pocs),slavery,the hunting of sacred animals(i.e.-buffalo,wild horses),and OVER 3000 PEACE TREATIES THAT WERE BROKEN OR NEVER USED BUT PROMISED BY THE AMERICAN GOVERNMENT!!! It was also until 1924 when Native Americans were finally "recogonized" as "legal" U.S. citizens! There MUST be some sort of compitsation for these injustices against a peoples who did not ask to have happened to them happen!And,the best way I figure it,since they are a MAJORE part of American history, as well as being here for OVER 12,00 years;they are rightfully,and much over due, for a Nationally recogonized Holiday.Please,with your signature,make this happen.Thank you.
