Granddaughter removed from her loving mother by a judge in Augusta,Georgia was denied due process, 14th amendment. the Judge took a 4.0 child from her school of 5 years no notice to her mother and sent her to live with her father in Georgia. His reasons were that 4 yrs ago she had taken some professional modeling pictures (none nude) he said she was immoral and a lesbian ( she is married to a man) she has her masters degree as a financial analyst and is a wonderful mother. He also has said he will not set a court date for 45 days so no visiting until he decides. The whole entire family are beyond belief that he would abuse my granddaughter and her mother (my daughter) we have to appeal but the cost is 18,000 and probably can't for 6months to a year. What he did is completely illegal. Please help us Cathy
