Name: Anonymous on Sep 3, 2009Comments: Yeah i agree, but do not support riders riding two or three abrest on the road, this just causes agrivation and negativity towards cyclists. Also we do not pay anything towards the roads, well we are on a bike unlike trucks or cars. I see alot of riders thinking it as there right to take up half the road..... crazy as we are so vulnerable!! cheers tim prebbleFlag

Name: Phillip Johnson on Sep 3, 2009Comments: We certainly need to make drivers more aware of cyclists. I personally (this week) have had to swerve twice at round abouts to stop from being hit and also from an opening door because the owner was too lazy to check. I understand that this argument has to go both ways - cyclists also need to be more courteous to cars and not ride in unnecessarily large bunches, especially in built-up areas.Flag

There definitely should be more provisions made, considering that bikes have just as much of a right to be on the road as cars! p.s with this climate change, heck they should have the advantage.Flag
