This person might be calling the city some day asking to tell the kids across the street to quit firing there dirt bike up and making to much noise. But to be real about this who move across the street from the fairgrounds and thinks its going to be quit all the time. If this person want it to be quit all the time move out in the country. |

| 772 | Ben Weigel | Why try and shut down a controlled safe enviroment for our kids. It is easier for parents to watch there kids and support there kids in a controlled track enviroment. Riding in the woods is much harder on parents that don't also ride and those areas seem to be deminishing as well. This is a positive thing for our community and if a little noise twice a week is too much for people around here. | 790 | Rick Emond | I live real close to the fair grounds and the river. The bikes running are no louder than boats on the river or people playing ball at the all sports park. Shutting the track down would be a big mistake in my opinion. |
| 791 | Anonymous | As it stands we are loosing areas which we can ride in on a biyearly basis. I like the fact I can take my son and daughter down and spectate or ride in the GP area where the track is not overly aggressive which keeps the injurys down. They already abide by local sound laws and have things shut down at the appropriate times unlike the previous promoter. GP Fair Grounds are already in enough finacial trouble and the loss of the revenue generated would cost the community more than possibly the fair grounds over time. The moneys drawn into Oregon's Best Motorsports and other local bike shops would be directly effected as well as the local lodging and dinning establishments could also decline enough to cut jobs for our young people. We need this type of event to also give our kids something to do besides hanging out and possibly getting in some sort of trouble with the law or their parents. The people that are trying to shut it down have never been down there and seen the faces of the kids after they have been riding, because it's all smiles. They wouldn't want to take away their childs favorite toy away but they are willing to do that to someone elses child. All in all, it's good clean holesome fun that happens to be a little bit noisy two days a week and always shut down and quiet by 8PM.
