Many Directioners have requested One Direction to be honored by the Ride of Fame in New York City. As a internationally known band, with a world-wide fan base, it is most appropriate to honor One Direction in one of the greatest cities in the world; New York City.

The Ride of Fame or the IIi, recognizes a celebrity's reach to fans around the world whether he/she is a legendary A-Lister (Immortal), current A-Lister (It), or future A-Lister (imminent). The Ride of Fame or the IIi, simply commemorates a moment in NYC's date and time of his/her respective "I' recognition. The Ride of Fame is looking to cement celebrities' presence in NYC with a mobile tribute and a time capsule.

If 10,000 Directioners sign this petition, The Ride of Fame will be one step closer to bringing 1D to NYC. At the unveiling ceremony, an image of One Direction and a collage of their endeavors will be permanently inscribed to the front of the iconic, red Gray Line New York double-decker bus. In addition to the decal, One Direction will receive permanent seats on the bus. Both the decal and seats will remain permanently on the bus as a mobile tribute to One Direction. More than 50 million visitors coming to NYC will view the bus dedicated to One Direction.

Sign the petition to bring One Direction to NYC and to induct them into the Ride of Fame as "It" honorees. Plus, it will make Louis happy since he did say, "I love big red bus!"
