I would like our politicians to quit worrying about who can receive the most Mexican votes and rid this country of all the illegal aliens. We must overturn the misinterpretation of the 14th Amendment to the U.S constitution that is giving these families who are having "anchor babies" within America the right to pilfer our welfare and Medicaid systems. Lets put stricter rules on the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act of 1985 that forces hospitals to admit patients in to the ER. Therefore, hospitals are not expected to pass the buck on to you and I for services rendered to the Illegal immigrant that he/she had not planned on paying anyhow. In addition, what about the diseases these immigrants are bringing into our country. Many of which American medicine eradicated long ago, such as drug-resistant tuberculosis, malaria, leprosy, plague polio, and dengue. Which causes the legal citizens of the United States to be the ones being punished with medical expenses going up to cover the hospitals losses. On the other hand, we could use some of the federal laws that have already been written such as "Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii) of the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act" and start going after those who are employing or encouraging and harboring Illegal Aliens. Therefore, with your help and support I would like to send this petition to the President, Alabama’s State Representative, and governor. Please remember "United We Stand and divided we will fall”. |

I am a 30-year-old male out of Alabama that is fed up with all the Illegal Aliens roaming the streets driving without a valid drivers license and frankly wasting my tax dollar. This is the first time I have ever done something to this extent but I am tired of always waiting for someone else to fight my battles. In addition, I wanted to do something I believe will ultimately affect my two children for years to come. |
