This Declaration of Impeachment of the current Governor of Florida Mr. Rick Scott symbolizes the actions that Mr. Scott has taken that have benefitted his conservative egotistical view- points and not have taken the Florida Citizens welfare into consideration. Also, Mr.Scotts actions have clearly indicated that most assistance from the Federal Government for the citizens of the State of Florida have been derailed /declined by Mr. Scott. Since Mr. Scott has purported to be an anti-Obama activist especially in Health Care Reform the declination of needed programs is a miscarriage of justice to the people of the State of Florida whether conservative or liberal. In addition, the Citizens of Florida need help through many Federal Government programs to assist in aid for physical, emotional, and financial needs not being totally provided by the State of Florida and rely on Government programs to sustain them in this most severe economic crisis we all face. To conclude, the people of the State of Florida reject his meetings in secrecy,gag orders,derailment of

high speed rail, seeking redistricting to accomodate his point of view & party,unnecessary lay-

offs that benefit his agenda rather than the people of Florida.
