My son is incarcerated in  FCI Pollock Louisiana Prison.He has served 11 years of a 15 year sentence for drug possession,but the main reason he  received such a long sentence was the fact that he has been in his home town all his life, and he did get into the drug problem.He had numerous other smaller  run ins with the Law Enforcement.

The police got tired of him and used an informant to plant a weapon where he stayed,so they could get rid of him.Since he was a Felon,this worked for them.The informant had a worse record than he did,and his attorney told him he should take the 15 years and not go to Jury Trial,or he could get 40 years.He took the 15.

Since he has been gone,I have not seen him for 11 years and have  become disabled from old surgeries,and don't think I will ever live long enough to ever see him again.

I am in Oregon and he is in Louisiana, and I would at least like for him to be transferred to Oregon,where I may be able to get to see him.

I am on oxygen,and in chronic neuropathy pain 24/7,and they can do nothing for me.
