Richard Barnett is with the Washington Police department in Jonesborough Tennessee. He has consistently watch my daughters fathers house and has pulled everyone over the leaves that driveway. Has has pulled me n my friend n my daughter over just because we left from there and said we got stopped for not having a seatbelt on and then Barnett showed up n 3 other unmarked vehicles and we were searched," in front of my 3 yr old daughter i may add", the car was searched and they even let the k-9dog go inside the vehicle and searched our purses and fount nothing. He has stalked, harrassed this community for about 3 yrs now. He has also searched my vehicles # times without a warrent and found nothing. I belive he has pulled over i know at least 30 to 40 people for no reason and then say he has to search their vehicle! To me this is harrassment and Im sick of it I filed a complaint against him but then found out that u dont file a reort to another officer; so therefore im starting off first with a petition for everyone whos been harrasssed for no reason.
