This is a request for a special members meeting of Owners per the By-Laws of Romar House Association, Inc.
Article 2.3: 25% of the Owners written signature is required for meeting to be called.
This petition is asking for a special meeting to table discussions as to why the board of directors have chosen not to renew Billy and Tina Taylor's Management contract.
If there is a reason, fine, but the owners have a right to know these reasons and to know what plans are being implemented for future management.
