   Comments: I think we should be supporting our local shops in Rhiwbina. I do not think introducing yellow lines is going to do this and in fact could cause some shops to have to close who rely on passing trade. The parking on the street does not cause any problems in my opinion.

   Comments: 30 years ago Rhiwbina was a thriving village, people walked to the shops. Now people will only shop if they can drive there. Lazy, but a fact of life as it is today. Stop road side parking, and the village will close down completely.

    Comments: Cardiff County Council does seem to be hellbent on closing as many small independent businesses as it can, by hook or by crook. Perhaps it will only be satisfied when there are no communities left. What a shame!

    Comments: I strongly object to the proposal to have double yellow lines in Rhiwbina Village. Instead of looking for solutions to help local communities fight off the effect of the larger retail parks and supermakets, the council seem to be throwing every obstacle possible in the way of neighbourhoods efforts to revive their communities.
