We the undersigned petition the Town Board of Rhinebeck, NY to create a supplimental DGEIS document.
Because the recent addition of 200+ units of allowable density on the site known as The Holy Cross Campus (now owned by the Matovu foundation) is a substantial change to the original DGEIS document proceeding to an EIS at this point would be a mistake, and unlawful.
The supplemental document should allow for public comment on these substantial changes.
