geraldine Laybourne | There are very few hamlets left in the United States that have the character of Rhinecliff.

Alfred Wenhardt | To the Board you suck
| 57 | Cynthia Philip | The entire process of review has been hurriedly pushed through and, it seems, geared to times when people might be on vacation -- August - for instance or to other significant events, such as the hearing that took place the same evening as the evening of the last presidential candidate debate.
I was present at the meeting at which the schedule was set and the planning lawyer especially hired to guide the town through the review process was strongly against such a tight schedule but was overruled. This was the meeting that was held in the basement of the town hall at which the plan was presented to the Town Board. There is very little seating in that room, only four people attended the preponderance of the meeting. No formal provision was made for them to voice their opinion. This hardly seems to be transparent government. |

margaret de wys | I am a Rhinecliff resident. I am against Holy Cross zoning for 200 houses. I demand the decision be suspended until there is a public hearing.

Lawrence C N Laybourne | My wife and I are currently building in Rhinecliff. The stealth enactment of code extensions is shameful and unlawful. Public comment is essential.
Margaret Crawford |
Robert S. Wills | I agree this action and even the consideration of it is unconscionable. If I, as member of the original Comprehensive Plan Committee, fell to pressure by developers, I would have felt I ignored, and sold out the residents of our Town. Members of the Town Board should be told that that is in fact what they are doing.

Polly Kaplan | please do not allow all this building to occur. It will destroy all that makes Rhinecliff and Rhinebeck so unique

John F Lyons |
Glenda Ruby | It is unfair to make such a drastic decision without a public hearing. You will ruin the town if it goes through.
