| 17 | Anonymous | I agree with the idea that more should be discussed with tax paying residents of Rhinecliff and Rhinebeck before this zoning measure. |

| 21 | John G Keene | I feel it is inappropriate for the Town Board to make major changes in the use of area lands without public input. The Town Board represent the members of the community, not themselves. It is their responsibility to do the wishes of the community. In order to do that, they must get input from the community. |

| 30 | Bruce W. Murphy | Has our Town Board taken a lesson from Congress and begun sneaking changes through at the eleventh hour, thinking the residents of Rhinecliff are to stupid and lazy to notice? Perhaps we should think about suing individuals in town. Perhaps it really time to for Rhinecliff to remove itself from Rhinebeck. |

| 32 | Linda Murphy | Although I believed I was being made aware of town board agenda via e-mail, I saw no notice of this item which certainly would have prompted my attendance to voice my strong disapproval. I live adjacent to a development which which was promised to be small and ended up with more than 25 houses which flood every storm and must be pumped and drained into my storm drain at Village taxpayer expense. Enough is enough for development. Who will buy all these houses in this market? Some of the houses here are still 1/2 built and never sold. |
