We, the undersigned, members of the Rye Golf Club, are in support of maintaining a consistent pool temperature for the duration of the summer of no lower than 82 degrees Fahrenheit. The American Red Cross suggests this temperature for children and the elderly to prevent increased heartbeat and heavy breathing. We feel that maintaining this temperature will allow a more enjoyable and comfortable experience for club members of all ages.
