Livingston coundty DHS became angry with me. It was said that I was a good advocate ( too good) for obtaining my babies out of another state. On two differnt occasions Mark Perkins made very suspicious phone noises during our conversations. This made me highly uncomfortable with his knowledge and or ability to see that the papwerwork needed would be processed on time and correctly. I made a written request whereby I spoke directly with Allison Morrison and gave her dates and times of phone conversations. She also admitted that Mark Perkins has a habit of making strange noises on the phone. On other occasions he speaks quite elloquently so I have no idea what his problem was or is but that facts are : I have no history of abuse .. no drug abuse and my FBi Record is squeeky clean. DHs is attempting to deni me my grandchildren. I have taken a psyche eval and am waiting for what is next. They sent me to a private agency for licensing because they were to busy to process me. I have spent much money fixing my home and buying much needed learning toys. everything was done and perfect. even had a baby monitor system but the private agency spoke with the super at Dhs and they have decided to deni me licencsing because of a false statment of abuse. I dont know what to do other then get the word out and trust in God and see if there is anyone else who has has this esperience with Mark Perkins.
