RFD-TV is a non-profit organization providing educational programming not usually seen on regular TV . These programs include Equestrian programming and agricultural programming as well as others. they can be reviewed at www.RFDTV.com
I am tring to prove that there is an intrest in the OHIO area. currently only dish providers carry RFD-TV, and they are unable to carry local channels. The main cable provider in the area is Time Warner. This petition will be sent to them.
