In June, 2011, Michael Vick, convicted felon, animal abused, killer and adversary of Dog Fighting was awarded the Subway Restaurants "Sportsman Of The Year" Award, presented by BET. He was also RESIGNED by Nike as a "Nike Athlete." We at Rockstar Rescue feel strongly that not only should Michael Vick be stripped of his "Sportsman Of The Year" award, but that Subway Restaurants, BET (Black Entertainment Television) and Nike be held accountable for awarding him with such an honors. We are calling for a boycott of BET, a boycott of Subway Restaurants and the revoke of Micheal Vick's "Sportsman Of The Year" award! If you too are OUTRAGED at this blatant slap in the face to all of the dogs that suffered and died at the hands of this "Sportsman Of The Year", then help us by signing this petition that you WILL NOT watch BET or endorse any of it's programs, that you WILL NOT eat at Subway Restaurants, That you WILL NOT buy or support any Nike products and that you DEMAND the revocation of Michael Vick's "Sportsman Of The Year" Award, and will CONTINUE to boycott these items until such revocation has occurred!
