We, dedicated NORDC Booster Club volunteers, want our voice in NORDC. We desire to revoke the Revised July 2014 NORDC Booster Club Bylaws.
REASON:
In 2013, NORDC developed bylaws to govern NORDC booster clubs which were later solicited and formed starting in January 2014. These booster clubs used the original bylaws to govern clubs.
In July 2014, a revision of the original bylaws was completed by NORDC
WITHOUT the following:
Due process
Notice to the governing body: NORDC Booster Club leaders and members
Democratic Process
Notice of whom or what prompted proposed changes of the revision
Notice of opportunity of input or voice from the governing body
Notice of revised bylaws to NORDC Booster clubs
Our signatures represent our position to revoke the Revised July 2014 NORDC Booster Club Bylaws. Moreover, we request the opportunity for an open forum for collective sharing of possible changes to the original NORDC Bylaws.
