The region of Gilgit Baltistan, which is part of the state of Jammu & Kashmir was disintegrated from rest of the area fell under the occupation of Pakistan in the result of tribal invasion in the former state. The people of both regions have categorically rejected that agreement throughout these years. The supreme court of Pakistan and High Court of so called Azad Kashmir in 1993, asked Government of so called Azad Kashmir to resume the control of these areas. Nevertheless no action has been taken so far to take the people and political parties in to confidence in this regard. we are appealing to the state subjects to come forward to speak for the lost unity, integrity and sovereignty of the former princely state of Jammu & Kashmir. We also acknowledge that all the historical entities of the state would be equal and at par politically, culturally, linguistically, ethnically and religiously in the future united and independent state.
