19 year old Jarvis Durr was charged with rape and armed robbery of a business. Followed by a televised stand-off with Jackson Police Department. He was taken into custody and several weeks later released on 100K bail ($10K)- He was not given house arrest or anything. He is free to roam the streets of Jackson, MS and terrorize our city. Unfortunately our "system" has re-victimized the victim. She's afraid to leave her home. Because of his acts, she is now the prisoner. HELP US GET JARVIS DURR OFF THE STREETS OF JACKSON..
