Serpent in the Staglands (SitS) is a hardcore, oldschool CRPG reminiscent of Fallout, Baldur's Gate and Darklands. It was funded via Kickstarter and released on 28 May 2015.
We find that Sits merits your attention due to its class-less character system, open world exploration (no hand-holding!), party based real-time with pause combat and dark Transylvanian setting. In short, its "a 90s CRPG in every way but the release date"!
Created by the small independent Whalenought studios (husband and wife), all funds have gone towards developing the game and the (free!) expansion.
Therefore, we need you to review, let's play, tweet and talk about the game to promote it. Anything do you will help get the game out to fans who hunger for such a classic CRPG experience.

Please help connect people who like these games with this awesome game! If you played BG1 and liked it, this game will be perfect. If you didn't play it but think you have enough patience and will to play such a game, this game will be perfect for you.

This is a groundbreaking game. The innovative skills and character building is wonderful and the setting is such one which contains such a degree of originality that it is almost jarring. No dwarves, no elves, no 'humans'. This is a game created by two talented people and two very talented minds.
