Name: Mr.Constant P.Collins(Butch) on Mar 18, 2008Comments: It is in the best interest of all concerned to bring Juan back 'home' to Canada. His wife and family need him, the business community need him, his friends need him , his sports associates need him and if that is not enough...Canada needs this man back as a full citizen. He is far too valuable a person on all levels to let slip between the political cracks. Bring Juan home to Canada! ButchFlag

Name: Megan Twiss on Apr 12, 2008Comments: I was a student at Acadia University during the period from 2002-2006. In particular, I was a member of the Acadia Women's soccer squad during my time at Acadia where I came to know Juan very well. I can confidently corroborate the above claims that Juan was an invaluable member of the Wolfville community as well as a devoted husband and father. Juan must be given a chance to clear the allegations against him. Juan must be given an opportunity to present his case and establish his innocence. Sincerely, Megan TwissFlag

Name: Archie Morrison on Apr 12, 2008Comments: I have known Juan Ramirez for almost as long as when he first came to Canada through soccer. I am a maxillofacial surgeon in Halifax, NS and have coached soccer for 15 years. I have known his wife Dara for longer. I have no knowledge of Juan before he came to Canada but I would bet my life he has never committed any crimes against humanity. He has been a very valuable asset to our soccer community and the children and youth he has coached and refereed. He is a devoted husband, father and local business owner. I would be more than happy to discuss his situation with anyone from the Canada Immigration department .Flag

Name: Stephen Friars on Apr 12, 2008Comments: I believe that Juan being away from his children has done a damage that no one can measure. Juan deserves the right to a fair trial. Everyone in the community realizes that this system has not served Juan well. He deserves to be with his family. Dara has suffered considerably in ways that most of us will never know, nor can we imagine. Please correct this injustice immediately. Kindly, Stephen FriarsFlag

Juan and Dara have done more for soccer here than anyone else I know. I know that he was a big part of my son playing soccer as well as numerous other children in this area. Please bring him home.Flag
