Return D_O_N_K_E_Y_K_O_N_G's Artefacts!! :(

Hello, this is Donkey Kong. As you probably know, I had many personal artifacts stolen, because I shared my password. I shouldn't have done this,yes, but not knowing if my things were stolen, the game owners would not return them to a loyal paying customer since 2006. My things were stolen, and they refused to return them and said "We cannot guarantee the safety of your artifacts on a shared account" I did not know this, it was not in the rules either. Please help me.
