We are terribly disappointed with the performance of the Dlink DVG-N5402SP router that Starhub has provided us. Even their customer service officers agrees with us. Despite of that, nothing has been done till date since November 2012. We have suggested several solutions to Starhub, but has yet receive any official confirmation. This petition serves as an avenue for us, the subscribers, to put up a strong stance against Starhub and hope that Starhub provides us with a favourable confirmation.
