In 1992 Charles Williams was placed in the custody of Office of Community Services through Gulf Coast Teaching Family Services. Sandra Irons was awarded custody of same. Charles Williams date of birth 5/18/77 at the age of 15 was removed from his biological mother's Vanessa Williams due to drugs, abuse and neglect. Charles is non-verbal and mentally challenge. In 1995 Charles was placed in Substitute Family Care through Gulf Coast Teaching Family Services in the custody of Sandra Irons. For the last 20 years Charles has been in the care and custody of Sandra Irons the only family he has known. Charles is currently in his own apartment at 5940 Forest Isles Blvd, Apt. 540, New Orleans ith 24 hours round the clock PCA services under the direct supervision of Sandra Irons. On July 2, 2012 I agreed to allow him to visit with his mother for the 4th of July holiday whom has only seen him maybe 3 times in the 20 years I have had him. On July 6, 2012 she made false claims and lies about me and my famiy which were proven to be false. Now the Vannessa Williams his biological mother is refusing to allow him to return to his apartment and the only family he has known for the last 20 years. I want the court to grant me and order to bring to the Hammond Police Dept. to have my son removed from Vanessa for his welfare and wellbeing. I am afraid that his health and wellbeing will be at state with a former drug addict.
