We, the nursing and support staff of the University of Illinois Hospital & Health System Mile Square Health Center, do hereby petition to have Dr. Huynh Tai remain as Convienence Care Provider. It is our belief that this department will suffer the loss of business as a result of his departure. He is an excellent provider who has developed a great rapport with the patients who utilize this system regularly. He is also a excellent team player and works well with his collegues.
