This is Hayden Kowalchuk\'s Petition for the: "Dragon Resurrection Program" This Program will be dedicated to the Resurrection of Dragons.A little history lesson: Dragons did exist in the ancient times, many or all were slain, there are records of dragon slayings. Some more facts: Dragons are not massive, they are about twice as big as a polar bear, most Dragons do not breathe fire, but some of the "grander" Dragons do, Dragons are not mythical or magical creatures, they are like horses. My program will: First - Look for the remains of Dragons Second - Build an underground containment center for research and domestication Third - Document Dragons and re-establish them as a species Fourth - Continually monitor the Dragon population To some of you this might seem familar, Jurassic Park. Let me inform you this will in no way be like that. This will be an underground center with maybe State-of-the-Art facilities. I thank you for supporting the "Dragon Resurrection Program"
