The FA is inconsistent, untrustworthy and has many levels of corruption. They get bullied into making decisions by the media and by clubs themselves, how is it that some incidents seem to be looked over and others are not. A prime example of this is Rio Ferdinand tripping Fernando Torres up off the ball and with no provocation, the referee having his back to the incident did not see it but yet later that day in his report he says he dealt with, no yellow nor red card was issued. Aguero two footed unneeded and uncalled for attack on David Luiz was yet again over looked. The reason for this is not bribery but pure and utter lack of competence. The FA needs employees that are not afraid of clubs, that are not afraid of managers and that are not afraid of the media.
