Allow Public Access to Headwaters Park Restrooms

The petition

Headwaters Park is a municpal park that is, in part, privately owned and operated. Unlike other municipal parks, Headwaters Park does not provide access to its restrooms to the general public, except for when it is host to a festival.

If you have been personally denied access to the restrooms at Headwaters Park or believe that access to these restrooms should be made available to the general public, please sign this petition.

The petition will be available for online signatures from June 1st through October 31st.
