To the Honourable President and members of the Senate in Parliament assembled:
The petition of the undersigned shows:
the concern of members of the Australian public that the legal exemptions and privileges granted to environmental activists and environmental non-government organisations are being exploited to the detriment of responsible, law-abiding Australian businesses. No matter the purpose, if an act is illegal it should be illegal for all.
Your petitioners ask the Senate to:
consider the fairness of any legislation that provides these individuals or organisations exemptions or special privileges beyond those afforded to an ordinary person or organisation, and restore balance to the legislative privileges afforded in these situations to ensure a level playing field for all.

About time someone looked into this. These groups act like the law doesnt apply to them just because they claim they are saving the world. Its hurting real jobs and real aussie families.

Rules should be the same for everyone period. Getting sick of watching these people block roads and harass workers without any consequences. Stop the double standard.
