Name: Senator Sue Tucker (retired) on Nov 15, 2012
Comments: I represented Andover in the Massachusetts House and Senate for 20 years. The Townsman was essential to my ability to represent my constituents. It is the "civic center" of our community. I ask CNH to please reconsider the decision to take so many resources from our cherished paper. Thank you for your attention

Comments: I couldn't agree more. Now that the MA legislature changed the precincts and such for Andover residents, thereby dividing the Town, elimination of the only Town-wide newspaper will further serve to reduce Town coherence and community support. This is unacceptable.
