We, the undersigned, believe the New York State Elderly Pharmaceutical Insurance Coverage (EPIC) program is one of the best programs established for older New Yorkers. We urge Governor Cuomo and members of the New York State Legislature to restore funding for the program so that seniors can again receive subsidized coverage with affordable co-payments for drugs purchased through Medicare Part D.
