Comments: After six months on a carb-restricted diet of 20 grams of carbs/day, I have lost 25 pounds. I have seen my body fat go from 26% to 16%. Kicked the Metformin and regulated my fasting glucose and A1c. I know what works!

Comments: I have tried this approach and it has resulted in a 70+ lb weight loss effortlessly over a 6 month period. Simply by severely limiting carbohydrates in my diet. 45 yo make - I was 311 - lbs BMI of 41.03 on April 21 2012 - As of today - Nov 1, 2012 I am 240.5lbs BMI 31.73 - Still obese technically, but not hungry and still losing weight. Effortlessly. I have never been able to do that before when attempting to lose weight. I fail because I get hungry. I am no longer hungry using this approach.

Comments: Only the proper application of science and research will be able to solve the obesity epidemic. Health organizations, politicians, and Michelle Obama will only continue to miss the big picture. This epidemic (carbohydrate-insulin resistance) is very elementary in solving but is clouded and blocked by American profit and interests.
