The undersigned believe that the current restrictions as proposed by the MSA within the Cadet Classes of Honda and Comer are improper, unfair and discriminatory.
That if left unresolved and without remedy before January 1st 2013 that the current cadet classes will be adversely effected, that barriers to entry to the sport will be created, promotion of the sport and its longevity suffer and that Membership, Kart Clubs, Circuits and Trade Professionals bea dversely effected.
