| 2306 | Danielle | Although I do wish Stephenie would complete Midnight Sun and I hope that someday she does, I completely support her. It was extremely inconsiderate what some people have done to her. I have faith that there are many supportive fans still out there looking forward to her future projects! |

Stephanie writes characters in a classic way that allows them to be come alive in a believable fashion and lets us see ourselves in them. Although they are in a fantastic situation, their struggles reflect the core issues that people, especially those in love, must face at one time or another. Her ability to convey depths of emotion without gushiness is refreshing. Few women writers of my experience have been so capable of writing male characters possessing passion and strength and avoid becoming stereotypic, stilted, or irritating.
I look forward to whatever she chooses to offer us in the future, irrespective of genre or connection to this series. I also applaud her for the boldness to release what she has of Midnight Sun on her site; few people would be willing to risk the hurt this choice may cause her. It only re-affirms what we saw throughout the completed works in the series about her understanding of human nature and that there are passions that drive us that no one else can understand properly without being inside that person’s heart – only the tenor of those drives can be ascertained from what others see. |

| 2346 | Taylor | Thank u for saying what needs to be said |
| 2347 | Anonymous | Please publish this book. |
| 2348 | Anonymous | It saddens me that fandom has come to this. She is an amazing author that has inspired young adults to read and be interested in what they are reading. To attack someone of this character and ability is shameful and a sad commentary on our society. |
