The owners of the Tip Top Nails& Day Spa and Nail Port inside the Walmart Shopping Center (Both on Kirkman Road) have constantly disrespected the community through their aggressive and dismissive treatment of patrons in the Community and their unwillingness to hire employees that reflect the community they serve. They have no recourse for an unsatisfied customer to voice their concern and when they are voiced, they are swiftly dismissed and often in a mocking manner.
